Annual Production: 1000 Hectaux: Vins de Pays des Côtes Catalanes - Côtes du Roussillon - Rivesaltes - Muscat de Rivesaltes

HISTORY: Following the early death of his father J.-Ph. Beille over the vineyard in 2003, while completing a PhD in law in Geneva. The vineyard was established by his grandfather in 1956. With a lot of sun from the Mediterranean, the vineyard is located 3 km from the sea The soil is mainly composed of pebbles “éolisés”. The vines from his grandfather, have been carefully preserved by J. Ph. Beille Their poor productivity make wines with concentration and body. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Once cut, the grapes are returned as soon possible in the cellar, where we do not count the hours of wine maceration for the period of winemaking. Le Domaine des Gorges du Soleil offers a wide range of wines from the Roussillon

His Côtes du Roussillon red comes from vines over 80 years.
He is aged 6 months in new Bariques from Alier.
His Rivesaltes and Muscat have been selected by the Guide Hachette.
Vin de Pays His Balnc, the All White, has been selected by the RVF.
